About

Gain an insight into London’s south Asian cultural scene, as The London Mela powered by Let's Go Southall heads to Southall Park.

Taking place in the south-west London neighbourhood of Southall, home to London’s largest south Asian community, this varied festival celebrates multiculturalism in the capital.

Watch British, Asian and international artists performing urban, classical and Bollywood music styles, as well as dance, cabaret, circus and street theatre. The 2019 line up included Canadian singer Raghav, bhangra pioneer Balbir Bhujhangy and British Asian singer Arjun, among other acts.

In between the festival fun, try out dishes and flavours from the Taste of Asia food market, or find fun activities and a funfair in the Magic Mela family area.

Formerly held in Gunnersbury Park, this multi-arts event provides fantastic value and makes a great family day out in London.
