Is one day in London enough?

If you only have one day in London, there are plenty of places and attractions to see. Most of the top attractions and venues are within central London. The Underground system in London is a quick way to get you to your destination but there are also plenty of bus lines running throughout London. If you prefer a more active transportation method, then pick from any of the cycle hire schemes. 

From famous and luxurious department stores like Fortnum and Mason and Harrods to great museums and top attractions like the London Eye, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace, London provides something for everyone.

What is the best way to see London in a day?
