Using meat sourced from its very own herd of rare and traditional beef cattle raised in Yorkshire, Flat Iron is a steak-lovers’ paradise. The ethos is simple: no nonsense cooking of quality produce, with its signature flat iron steak served alongside the likes of dripping cooked chips and a selection of sauces.
