HMS Belfast
London Bridge
About
Bring your explorers on board this iconic London landmark and discover what life was like on board a Second World War Royal Navy Warship.
The whole family will be amazed by the ship’s globe-trotting history, from firing some of the opening shots on D-Day to sailing in freezing conditions of the Arctic Circle and serving in the Korean War.
With family activities, fun interactive displays, and stunning views of the Thames, HMS Belfast is an unforgettable day out. Navigate your way around the rooms of this floating city, climbing up and down ladders to visit all nine decks. Discover brand-new displays and refreshed exhibition spaces, crew members stories and new multi-sensory and interactive experiences.
You’ll hear stories from the 950 people who lived and served on the ship, which had its own chapel, radio station and bakery and is so large you can almost lie Big Ben across its deck – twice!
With so much to see and do on board HMS Belfast at least three hours is recommended for your day out, plus time to re-fuel in the ships’ café.
