About

IMPORTANT: KidZania announced an immediate closure in January 2024.

Let your children immerse themselves in exciting real-life activities at KidZania in Westfield London at Shepherd’s Bush.

Discover a world where children’s dreams become a reality and their imaginations can run wild, as they explore different careers in small-scale replicas of workplaces in their very own city.

What is KidZania?

Designed for children aged four to 14, KidZania is an indoor city with immersive play areas that combine learning with fun. Children aged eight and above can explore KidZania without an adult  and, once inside, they are given the freedom to be the architects of their own destiny and explore the unique city, created just for them.

From joining a fire and rescue unit or presenting a TV show, to being part of a children's spy agency, they will develop essential life skills including teamwork and independence.

Working collaboratively and independently, they are empowered to discover their passions, talents and skills through a range of educational, exciting and immersive experiences that are different every time they visit.

What jobs are available at KidZania?

Upon arrival each child will be given 50 kidZos (KidZania currency) as a starting salary on their KidZania Bank card, which they can save and spend once in the city.

There are many jobs available for kids to discover, from being an airline pilot to an actor, firefighter, radio DJ and many more. There are more than 100 exciting careers and roles to try in the immersive city.

Take your career to the skies with the British Airways Aviation Academy, learn to perfect your best jokes at the Acting Academy or discover what it takes to be a fire fighter at the KidZania Fire and Rescue Unit.

With the help of trained supervisor, each child learns valuable skills to perform the chosen profession, combining education with entertainment. Each activity is carefully designed to offer a hands-on experience that reflects real-life scenarios.

What can parents do at KidZania London?

Parents can watch their children enjoying different activities through large windows, but as KidZania is made for children, adults won’t be able to join in most of the activities. Please note that adults still need to purchase a ticket before their visit.

On Sundays, adults can join in the fun and spend quality time with their children in role-play and discovery. Look out for the circular sign indicating which activities are participating in the Family Sundays.
