Marvel at the glittering Oxford Street Christmas lights and festive window displays in the run-up to Christmas.
The world-famous London shopping street once again glimmers with magical gold and silver baubles for its 58th annual Christmas lights installation. This year’s Christmas lights display also welcomes a flurry of twinkling snowflakes, as Oxford Street partners with children’s charity NSPCC for the second time, as well as Sky Cinema, for the Light Up Christmas for Children campaign.
See the area begin to sparkle at the Oxford Street Christmas lights switch-on event from 5pm on 7 November. Join Capital Breakfast’s Roman Kemp and Vick Hope for a line-up of music from Matt Terry, 5 Before Midnight and the cast of Five Guys Named Moe, before Rita Ora switches on the Christmas lights. Plus, enjoy an exciting programme of events, talks and workshops in many of the shopping hotspot's stores.
