Back in 1975, Enid Williams (Bass, Vocals) and Kim McAuliffe (Rhythm Guitar, Vocals), both from South London, formed an all girl rock covers band called 'Painted Lady'. In April 78 they changed their name to 'Girlschool' and hit the road touring venues around France, Ireland and the U.K.

The Hackensaw Boys see themselves as more of a musical collective than a band. Several years of busking and relentless touring throughout the United States and Europe, supporting bands like Modest Mouse and the Flaming Lips, are starting to pay off for this maverick bunch of young bluegrass musicians from Charlottesville, Virginia.

Hooray For Earth is a New York City-based rock band built around the home-recordings of singer and multi-instrumentalist Noel Heroux. The group first emerged publicly as Hooray For Earth in late 2005 in Boston, MA. The original lineup stood as Heroux, bassist Christopher Principe, guitarist Gary Benacquista and drummer Seth Kasper. The group added drummer, multi-instrumentalist Joseph Ciampini after Kasper's departure in March 2009.
