About
Explore the magnificent Georgian architecture of St-Martin-in-the-Fields which stands on the corner of Trafalgar Square.
The current building was completed in 1726 and in 1924 hosted the first church service to be broadcast on the radio.
Enjoy beautiful music at one of the churches many concerts, including free lunchtime and afternoon performances. There are also atmospheric candlelit evening events and regular exhibitions to discover.
Downstairs, the brick-vaulted ceilings of the crypt provide the atmospheric setting for a cafe, where you can enjoy a snack while admiring the historic tombstones lining the floor. In summer months, the outdoor courtyard is sometimes set up as a second cafe space.
