Take a stroll down The Mall in Westminster and stop off at the Mall Galleries, home to nine of the UK’s leading art societies specialising in oil, portrait, marine, wildlife, watercolour, pastel, printmaking and sculpture.
There are exhibitions throughout the year, along with art fairs, auctions and an annual show of works by the society’s artists. All of the work is classed as figurative art, depicting the shape of things, objects, places and perceptions.
