Indie and Retro Club Nights in London

London is nothing if not eclectic. No matter how obscure your taste or how individual your look, you'll find a club where you'll feel right at home.

Club Bang! Bang!

The famous 100 Club is the place to catch original soul, reggae, ska and rock ‘n’ roll. The line-up of live bands is truly inspired – think The Beat, The Troggs, Fairport Convention and Chas & Dave! And if that’s not enough for you, a DJ keeps the party going till 1am.

Club NME

Can you believe NME magazine has been going for over 50 years? Let’s hope their weekly club night enjoys as much success. There are Club NME nights at venues all over the UK, but we reckon you can’t beat London’s very own at Koko. Get yourself over to one of Camden’s finest venues for great live bands, guest DJs, and cool music.

Death Disco

The list of past guest DJs at Death Disco reads like a Who’s Who of the alternative music scene: Courtney Love, Tim Burgess, Mercury Rev, and Ian Astbury, to name but a few. But, no matter who’s on the decks at the Notting Hill Art's Club regular, you’ll hear all your indie and punk favourites.

It goes without saying that stalwarts such as The Clash, The Ramones, Bowie and The Jam will feature, but you’ll also get a fair helping of 70s punk from the likes of Magazine, X Ray Spex and Siouxsie and the Banshees as well.

Lost & Found

According to the website, Lost and Found is all about music with an attitude, 'showcasing a collection of rough and ready tunes from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s'. So, comb that quiff, lace up your blue suede shoes, and head to Madame JoJo's ready for a night of rockabilly, northern soul, funk and ska.

White Heat

Dedicated to the indie rock scene, White Heat will treat you to live music from up-and-coming bands, followed by exclusive sets from resident DJs. Cutting edge bands who have performed at Madame JoJo's White Heat include The Long Blondes, Maximo Park and Guillemots.
