South London is home to some of the city's best clubs. Take the hassle out of planning a big night out by simply picking an area, grabbing your mates and going wherever the mood takes you.
Clapham
Clapham Junction, with its multitude of bars and restaurants, has all the ingredients for a great night out. The choice of bars along the Northcote Road is overwhelming and the nearby Clapham Grand and Wessex House clubs offer dancing into the early hours.
Get into the party spirit at B@1 on Battersea Rise, which plays an eclectic mix of music and also boasts an impressive cocktail list. Alchemist is also worth a visit. This funky bar has a cocktail list to match its eccentric surroundings and the terraced garden is a bonus in the summer.
If Clapham Common is your area of choice then, again you'll be spoilt for choice. Start on the high street where you can sip on a pre-club cocktail with the fashionable media set in so.uk, sink a couple of vodkas at Revolution, or squeeze your way into Bar Local.
Clubbing-wise, get ready to strut your stuff at Infernos, a retro disco club complete with chequered flashing floor, disco ball and floor-filling tunes. The trendy White House offers an extensive cocktail menu, members-only rooms and high profile DJs.
Slightly further out, but still worth making the trip is the fabulously decadent Lost Society and the equally exuberant Artesian Well.
Brixton
Offering a selection of bars and clubs to rival Shoreditch and Brick Lane, Brixton has a thriving nightlife attracting top DJs and live music acts from around the world. The O2 Brixton Academy hosts a selection of regular club nights as well as the hottest bands.
