The pass is an exclusive offer for overseas visitors to the UK, which comes with many different advantages and allows for unlimited travel on your chosen travel days. Travel easily within the capital or beyond to explore hidden gems and well-known places.

Which BritRail M-Pass should I purchase?

There are various BritRail passes available but if you will be based in London, you might like to buy the BritRail London Plus M-Pass*, which allows you to travel to places like Oxford, Cambridge, Brighton, Bath, Salisbury, Stratford-upon-Avon und Canterbury.

The BritRail London Plus M-Pass gives you three, four or eight days travel within one month.

The pass starts from £64 per adult over three days (with possibility to upgrade for longer duration) and must be purchased before you arrive in the UK. It is only available to visitors who live outside of the UK. This excludes international students who are studying in the UK for more than six months.

How to order your BritRail London Plus M-Pass

You can order your BritRail package with Visit London by clicking the "Book Now" button on this page. This will take you to the BritRail London Plus M-Pass page where you can place your order. You will need to include the names of all passengers over the age of five. Your BritRail M-Pass will be emailed to you.

How to use your BritRail London Plus M-Pass

Activate your mobile pass by clicking on the link received by email and selecting the first date of travel. Your pass is considered activated if the first and last day of validity has been chosen. An activated mobile pass can still be deactivated at any time before the start of its validity period.

The BritRail London Plus M-Pass can be purchased up to six months before your travel date and validated up to six months after the departure date you stated when ordering. Once downloaded and validated (first use), the BritRail London Plus M-Pass is non-refundable.

We recommend activating the pass close to the intended first date of use to avoid issues caused by travel delays or last-minute changes.

Does the BritRail London Plus M-Pass include London Underground and Eurostar?

The BritRail London Plus M-Pass does not include travel on the Tube or London buses. You will need an Oyster Card or Travel Card to use these services. It also does not include Eurostar trains. You can use your BritRail London Plus M-Pass on London trains though.
