Well connected station to Northern, Jubilee & Bakerloo lines. Well conntected to Trains to the South of England, South Bank, the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster, The Thames, and the Underbelly Festival to name just a few things.
You do have to walk a little bit to get to the other lines from the Jubilee but there are moving walkways to help you along the way.

The public transportation in the city is wonderful! Unfortunately there were a couple times we were on stalled trains this weekend. On a whole, employees were helpful, and the station is organized well, making it easy for tourists! Travel passed are priced very reasonably. more
This is a clean, well-connected, and centrally-located underground station.
Waterloo, in my view, is one of the better stations in London. I say that because you can get virtually any line from Waterloo and so navigating around London is easy to do when you start at this location. The "Yay, I'm a fan!" caption for a four star rating doesn't really justify why I rate Waterloo a four star.
1) I am not a fan of Waterloo mostly because I am not a fan of travelling underground or even getting on public transport but I have to.
