Enjoy hearty British food at Wiltons, a traditional restaurant in St James’s.
Starting life as a shellfish mongers in 1742, the restaurant now serves up seafood and game, with oysters remaining a firm favourite.
Take a seat at the oyster bar’s marble counter for a prime view of the oysters being shucked and cocktails being shaken, a good spot for solo dining. Move on through to the elegant restaurant where the a la carte menu features oysters, shellfish, caviar, fish, meat and game. Typical dishes include Wiltons fish pie, a mixed grill, venison and lobster.
Pre-order the daily special from the carving menu which could be beef Wellington with fondant potatoes or honey glaze gammon with pomme puree.

Monday to Friday: 12pm to 2.30pm (last seating), 5.30pm to 10pm (last seating)
Saturday: 5.30pm to 10pm (last seating)
