The Royal Oak

Pop into The Royal Oak in Highams Park for a drink and stay for the night in one of nine chic guestrooms.

Enjoy a craft beer, some tasty food and, if the weather is fine, some time in the lively beer garden. In addition to delicious ales and wines, the pub has a classic cocktail list with a few quirky twists, such as the Christmas Cookie and Velvet Nightcap creations.

Choose between small plates, burgers, pizzas and mains, including fish and chips and a vegan chilli con carne. Tuck into a mouthwatering roast dinner on a Sunday, when the trio roast takes the stress out of picking just one things by combining beef, pork and lamb with all the traditional trimmings.

On Saturdays from 9pm enjoy some live music to get the weekend off to a great start.

Rooms in the guesthouse have been designed with comfort in mind and with Highams Park station a seven-minute walk away, it’s easy to hop on a train and be in central London in just under 30 minutes.
