- Dates: 22 November 2025 – 24 December 2025.
- Opening and closing times: Weekends and select weekdays 10am – 6.30pm (sessions start from 10am. The last session is at 5.45pm and will finish at 6.30pm).
- Age restrictions: Suitable for children aged 2+. Babies in arms (under 1) are welcome to join a session for free, but they won’t receive a present. Please book a free Under 1 ticket. There must be at least one child within each party.

How to get there:
- Tube – Greenwich DLR station is a 10-minute walk away from Queen’s House.
- Boat – Arrive in style aboard an Uber Boat by Thames Clippers to Greenwich Pier, which is less than a 10 minutes’ walk from Queen’s House.
- Bus – Various bus routes stop near Queen’s House, including: 177, 188, 286, N1 and 386.

The experience is suitable for children aged 2+. Babies in arms (under 1) are welcome to join a session for free, but they won’t receive a present. Please book a free Under 1 ticket.
What happens if I am late for my time slot?
The Santa’s Grotto experience is a guided experience, so latecomers will not be admitted.
It’s recommended that visitors arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time.
