Date: 31 December 2026 

5pm to 9pm: Three-course meal in a historic pub

Your evening begins at 5pm at Doggett’s Coat and Badge (1 Blackfriars Bridge, London SE1 9UD), a traditional riverside pub full of character. 

Your specially selected three-course menu includes:

• Shallot and camembert tarte tatin with side salad glazed with balsamic vinegar.
• Chicken wrapped in bacon with dauphine potatoes, cheese sauce and vegetables or mushroom, red wine and tarragon suet pie.
• Rich dark chocolate truffle torte with salted caramel sauce and whipped cream or apple and blackberry crumble.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available on request – please indicate your preference when booking.

9.30pm to 12am: Sapele Thames cruise with live entertainment

After dinner, make your way to Bankside Pier (Bankside Pier, London SE1 9DT), where the friendly crew await to welcome you aboard the Sapele for your celebratory cruise along the Thames. Boarding is at 9.30pm for a 9.45pm departure.

Once on board, the evening continues in full swing with live music entertainment. Whether you’re looking to show off your dance moves or prefer to unwind with a drink in hand, you'll enjoy a vibrant, festive atmosphere from start to finish.

As you sail past London’s famous landmarks, enjoy the comfort of the heated indoor saloon or venture to the open deck to take in the skyline. The fully stocked bar ensures your glass stays topped up throughout the night.

12am to 1.15am: New Year's Eve fireworks and return to the pier

As the clock strikes midnight, you and your fellow revellers will be in a prime spot for London’s fireworks display – a dazzling show of colour and music to ring in the New Year. Celebrate the arrival of 2027 in one of the most iconic settings in the world!

The party then goes on until approximately 1.15am, when you’ll be dropped off at Bankside Pier.

• Due to strict schedules, the cruise cannot wait for late arrivals. Please allow plenty of time to reach the pier.
• Luggage and large bags of any type are not allowed on the boat.
• The onboard bar only accepts cash payments.
• River traffic, tides and weather may influence the exact position of the boat at midnight. The captain will do their best to secure the most advantageous spot.
