What is Phantom Peak in London?
Phantom Peak is an open-world immersive adventure town designed to be explored.
Run by JONACO, a mysterious company headed by Jonas, the world you enter is divided between Old Town: Phantom Deeps and the New Town: Phantom Peak.
It’s your mission to investigate the disruption of a new arrival in town through by interacting with the inhabitants of Phantom Peak, discovering hidden secrets and clues and navigating the immersive world.
Embark on a unique adventure as you explore the wild-west themed town inhabited by quirky characters, each with their own backstory and role to uncover. Spend time taking part in various trails and side quests, while interacting with full-scale sets, impressive town technology and live actors.
Using your phone and the Jonassist website, be guided through unique storylines to help townsfolk in exciting ways. Whether you’re helping with the town's daily dilemmas, meeting mysterious strangers or uncovering hidden secrets and secret plots of rebellion, every trail is a new chapter in your adventure.
There are more than 100 adventures and games to enjoy, so no two visits will ever be the same. The town evolves with new seasons, so make sure to come back for fresh trails and stories every few months.

Where is Phantom Peak and how do I get there?
Phantom Peak takes place in a purpose-built space in Surrey Quays, SE16 7PJ.
How to get there:
- Underground – The nearest tube station is Canada Water (Jubilee line and Overground), a seven-minute walk away from Phantom Peak. Surrey Quays, Rotherhithe and Bermondsey stations are also nearby.
- Bus – You can catch the following buses which stop right outside Phantom Peak: 47, 188, 381, C10, N381, P12.
- Cycling – Hire a Santander Cycles bike and head to Phantom Peak. The nearest docking stations are located at Canada Water station.

How long does Phantom Peak last?
The Phantom Peak experience lasts for four hours on a Friday, and four hours and 30 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays.
You have the freedom to explore, investigate and play for the duration of the show, and you are free to leave at any time within your booked time slot.
Can you eat and drink at Phantom Peak?
When you need a break from your adventures, food and drinks are available to purchase at the Thirsty Frontier Saloon.
The wild-west themed bar offers a variety of tasty dishes including burgers, loaded fries and mac ‘n’ cheese balls, alongside themed seasonal cocktails, craft beer and soft drinks and delicious sweet treats.
What age is Phantom Peak suitable for?
Phantom Peak is suitable for all ages.
It is recommended that children under the age of 16 are accompanied by an adult.
Daytime shows on Saturdays and Sundays (12pm to 4.30pm) may be more appropriate for families with younger children.
