Enjoy six incredible heart-racing action activities with an all-inclusive full day pass.

Climb up into the treetops and enjoy sky-high views on one of the High Rope courses, or speed through the trees side-by-side in the Dual Zip Line Trekking experience. Feeling energetic? Bounce and scramble your way through huge treetop nets in the Net Adventure Park or whizz down two 50-metre long and 24-metre high Speed Slides. For the ultimate adrenaline rush, free-fall from a 24-metre tower attached to a Power Fan restraint system or free jump from platforms of different heights onto giant inflatable bags in Bag Jump.

Can you do the activities in all weathers?

The UK is known for its unpredictable weather, and the adventure activities at Gripped London will go ahead in almost all weathers.

Please note that for safety reasons, some elements of the park may be subject to closure during certain weather conditions. Please refer to the venues website on the day for information. 

Are there any restrictions?

All activities have a minimum height, maximum weight and age restriction to comply with health and safety regulations.

All participants should be over 1.4m and under 120kg, depending on the activity.

All participants must sign a waiver before arriving at the venue. This will be emailed to you once you have made a booking. 

Is there a dress code?

Dress appropriately to keep yourself safe on the courses, including wearing closed-toe shoes and comfortable and movable clothing.

Can you eat and drink there?

Gripped has a cabin serving hot dogs, chips and other refreshments. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink to enjoy in the grounds.

Gripped London is an aerial activity park in Hounslow, west London.

How to get there:

• Underground – the closest tube station is Hounslow Central (Piccadilly line) which is about a 35-minute walk away.
• Bus – bus routes 117 and 235 stop outside the Gripped London venue.
• Cycling – there are dedicated cycle racks at the venue to use for personal bikes.
