About

Probably one of London’s prettiest small spaces, this brightly-coloured courtyard is an Instagrammer’s dream.

Things to do in Neal's Yard

Small but perfectly formed, Neal’s Yard is a colourful courtyard full of independent restaurants, cafes and shops.

Early morning visitors will find 26 Grains a relaxing haven for breakfast, a leisurely brunch or coffee and a sweet treat, such as fig and spiced honey cake.

Later in the day, grab a cheeky glass of wine at La Compagnie, either inside or outside on the terrace. The wine bar also serves plates of charcuterie and cheeses to share with friends, or make a night of it by heading to The Barbary restaurant to enjoy dishes inspired by the landscape of the Barbary Coast.

No visit to Neal’s Yard is complete without popping into Neal’s Yard Remedies. The skincare provider’s distinctive blue bottles are instantly recognisable and are full of organic goodness.

Take a one-minute stroll to Neal’s Yard Dairy in Shorts Gardens where you’ll find a fine selection of British and Irish cheeses.
