About
This exhibition space showcases a rotating selection of rare, fascinating and sometimes surprising documents from the London Metropolitan Archives collection, at the heart of both London’s and the nation’s political and social history for over 1,000 years.
Alongside temporary exhibitions, you will discover heritage treasures such as The King John Charter (which gave Londoner’s the right to elect their own mayor), evidence of the life of Dick Whittington and London transport posters.
Entry is free and included in Guildhall Art Gallery's admission ticket. Check the website for details on the temporary display.
