Signature cocktails include a Hint of Coconut, which mixes rum with passion fruit, spiced chai tea and lime, and a Provence, made from vodka, lavender syrup, cucumber, mint and lime.
There are delicious non-alcoholic options too, such as the Red Ocean Berry, with berry syrup, cranberry and mint, or the Padang Padang, with coconut cream, grapefruit, pineapple and cloves.
