A specially curated menu of ten cocktails, called A Decade of Moments, celebrates key moments and iconic figures from UK and London’s history. Spanning the years 2014 to 2024, drinks include Flash Fusion, a homage to the legacy of David Bowie and Into the Unknown, acknowledging Stephen Hawking’s groundbreaking theories.

There are plenty of other drinks to choose from including traditional Japanese sake, while the Champagne bar serves champagnes and wines from well-known brands to rare small-grower varieties.
