Came to see Ghost Stories at the Arts Theatre - sidenote: fun show! Not exactly what I was expecting, but enjoyable. Glad I went on Groupon prices though, not sure it's worth full price especially for the 'top price' tickets! Anyway.
It is a really cute, cosy theatre and the staff were friendly enough. When we first walked in we thought it was a cafe, so we left again to get some alcohol... more
While they always have really good shows on and I've never been disappointed with the quality of what's on the stage, the seating is a bit hit and miss.

We happened to be walking by on a Friday night and saw a sign for Ghost Stories. It sounded like a cool idea to check out a live show while we were in town. The show absolutely blew me away! I never thought live theatre could actually be scary. I can't wait to come back! more
Just watched American idiot here.
Lovely little theatre tucked away, there's a real cosy feel to it.
Entrance is through a cafe. Staff are nice enough.

Before the show started the tiny stage looked disappointing BUT it works brilliantly.
The stalls have a fantastic gradient and the stage elevation is perfect for uninterrupted views.

This place is a DIVE. Don't waste your time going here. The staff is rude and the toilets broke down so they sent everyone to use the handicapped toilet, and left the handicapped at the end of the line waiting to use this toilet. The Murder Ballad was terrible. This is a small theater and the overall ambience is that of a beatnik bar up front. more
