I was drawn to Poppies by the fact that they had a 4 star Yelp rating and it was busy when my companion and I arrived. They serve extremely ordinary fish and chips. It wasn't bad and it wasn't that good either. I've had better fish and chips in several restaurants in the United States at about half the price. It was delicious. Generous portion sizes, for sure. Great place to grab a late dinner. Also the atmosphere is very 1950's diner which was really cute, just hard to hear the wait staff. more
