A high-energy dining experience built for theatre
True to its global reputation, Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen is designed as a spectacle from the moment you walk in. Spanning 7,500 square feet within The Cumberland Hotel, the restaurant seats more than 200 guests, including four chefs’ tables inviting diners even closer to the action.
Walking through the restaurant felt like you were placed in the heart of the action of the iconic Hell’s Kitchen TV series, with instantly recognisable décor and nods to the series throughout the restaurant.

At the heart of the space sits a dramatic open kitchen, sectioned into red and blue stations, where chefs work in full view wearing the brand’s signature red and blue chef collars. These are framed by vibrant tiled backdrops and glowing fire details that create a sense of constant energy throughout the room.
You’ll also find the red and blue upholstered seating, a wall of fame for past contestants who have won Hell’s Kitchen and the striking Hell’s Kitchen sign complete with flames and light.

The decorative glitzy open plan bar sits on a raised area with plush seating, serving beverages to enhance the dining experience. One of the cocktail highlights is Notes from Gordon, a refreshing blend of Plymouth Dry Gin, green tea, lemongrass, peach and lemon, complete with a personal message from Gordon Ramsay himself.
What’s on the menu at Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen London
London diners can expect the iconic dishes that have defined Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen around the world, alongside new creations designed especially for the capital.

Signature dishes on the menu include:
- Pan-seared scallops with delicate aromatics
- Lobster risotto made with rich, slow-cooked stock
- Wagyu meatballs with slow-roasted tomato sauce
- The restaurant’s famous Beef Wellington, the undisputed centrepiece of the menu.
We had a taste of the lunchtime special Idiot Sandwich, and it was a beauty to behold – the satisfying crunch of the bread with the juicy short rib and sweet spiced tomato chutney filling was a mouth-wateringly good combo. A must-order from the lunchtime menu!

For the first time and only available here in London, Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen offers premium large-format cuts designed for sharing, including:
- 1.2kg Wagyu Tomahawk
- 700g Bone-in Striploin
- 500g Chateaubriand
We tried the wagyu tomahawk, drizzled in truffle jus and garlic butter, and it simply melted in the mouth. Incredibly tender, rich in flavour with exceptional marbling throughout.
In terms of the sweet side of things, the desserts stay comfortingly indulgent, with sticky toffee pudding and an apple butterscotch cheesecake offering a playful twist on a classic British pudding.

For dark chocolate fans, the chocolate tart with cocoa nib sable and coffee ganache with a sprinkling of sea salt flakes would be a table favourite – tasting this was a fitting way to end a delicious feast.
If you’re a fan of coconut, we’d recommend ordering the coconut three ways pudding, featuring mango and lime gelee, smoked coconut parfait and coconut cake, served over a dramatic dry ice dish cascading over the table.
Alongside the à la carte offering, guests can book an interactive six-course tasting menu with front-row views of the kitchen, showcasing Gordon Ramsay favourites alongside dishes shaped specifically for London’s dining scene.
