Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens opens a new London restaurant on 1 September at Somerset House. In an exciting transformation of the Admiralty Restaurant, the new eatery will focus on British dishes such as Daylesford seven-hour confit lamb with balsamic onions and mash, sea bass meunière with black olives and tomatoes, and truffle chips with parmesan.
