Italian chain Fire & Stone has just opened its fifth branch in Spitalfields Market, featuring a dough room where you can watch the pizza bases being rolled. Favourites include the New York (smoked bacon, caramelised onion jam, sautéed potatoes and paprika) and the Marrakech (cumin-spiced lamb, mozzarella, mint yoghurt, olives and raisins). Look out for special opening offers until 6 August 2010.
