Platform Restaurant Opens in London Bridge

You can enjoy a taste of Devon at new restaurant and bar Platform in London Bridge. The venue is owned by restaurateur Tony McKinlay and Devon farmer Barnaby Butterfield; the pair came up with the concept over a glass of homemade cider. Close links between the restaurant and Butterfield's Devon farm mean fresh, seasonal produce is always on the menu.
