Following the launch of Hix in Soho last autumn, restaurateur Mark Hix has opened a third London restaurant at Selfridges. Open from 9.30am for brunch, with lunch from noon, the eatery serves British and European classics such as roasted sea trout with sea vegetables. There's also a champagne bar serving Hix's Bar Snax – a selection of smaller dishes ideal for sharing.
