The Slow Food Market returns to London's Southbank Centre this autumn, featuring more than 30 stalls selling healthy, seasonal, sustainably grown food. You can get your hands on traditionally reared beef from Cambridge, oysters from Mersea Island in Essex, hand-dived scallops from the Dorset coast, artisan cheeses, plus a range of tasty takeaway foods. There's also a series of events and demonstrations, including a talk on medicinal chocolate and a cooking demo using foraged foods.
