I am only giving 3 stars because we are paying for a service and having to pay for the toilet is ridiculous. Good location, easy to find. more

Not a fan of this place. It was very difficult to figure out. The information desk was more unhelpful than other people working at the gates. They told us 4 different gates to go to then finally told us we're not with their company. The Evan Evans check in was very good and the best part. There's pigeons everywhere inside, toilets only take exact change and it's very dirty inside. more

I have used Victoria Coach station a lot during my time in London as National Express is the cheapest transport to travel to new cities in England. I highly recommend National Express, they are a great company with 100s of destinations. Easy to book, they have a great app and good deals when you sign up.

Victoria station has a strange layout and also feel it's very dirty and unclean. There... more

This place is pretty much a dump in need of major updates. The seating is barely minimal for the amount of volume going through some gates and the whole place is just... filthy. Just looking up at the sign that said "Gate 19" I saw it was rusted and stained and just dirty. How does that happen to sign 4m off the ground? Had to catch a bus here and they had about 3 busses meeting in 2 gates. We... more
