A wonderful experience into my first dive into fine dining. The beef wellington was spectacular, but I wanted nothing to do with foie gras. I'm sure it was very well done, but I guess I just hate foie gras in general. The dessert was okay. We knew going in that this was going to be something special, it's chef Ramsey's flagship, so it was an ideal choice for our big, romantic, honeymoon dinner. You'd have to have never seen a single episode of Hell's Kitchen to be unaware that the beef Wellington is a staple, and having seen more than a few, our appetites and curiosities had been whetted.
