As the experience begins, you’ll be greeted by actors dressed as characters from Austen’s novels. You’ll learn about Austen’s family, her life in Bath, and her time in London, before getting the chance to put on your own Regency-style costume. You can even try writing with a quill and ink, just as Austen once did.

The experience offers a rare opportunity to see the remarkably lifelike Austen wax figure up close. You’ll hear about Austen’s favourite places in London, from her brother’s home on Henrietta Street to the famous Drury Lane Theatre. Round off your visit by sampling a selection of Regency delights, including biscuits and perfumes.

Don’t forget to pick up your own Austen-inspired keepsakes at the gift shop; you’ll find plenty of souvenirs and trinkets, from elegant stationery to beautifully bound editions of her novels.
