BISHOPSGATE, LONDON
Get ready for cooking with a view! The London Academy, powered by HexClad, features incredible culinary equipment in a professional kitchen on the 58th floor of a London skyscraper. Master Wellingtons, steak, pasta and more with the Academy chefs then sit back, and soak up the London skyline.

WOKING, SURREY
The original Academy launched in Woking, Surrey in 2021 has continued to offer hundreds of cooking classes and events for guests of all ages. With four teaching kitchens, a stunning demonstration room, cosy lounge and cookbook library, the Woking Academy is an incredibly versatile venue for groups of 1-44 guests to cook, celebrate and come together over delicious food.
