Garrick's Temple is a small octagonal building dating from 1756. The temple was built by renound actor-manager David Garrick to celebrate Shakespeare.
You can see the scuplture of Shakespeare and a display about David Garrick inside the temple. Garrick''s Temple sits in a riverside garden which is open daily.
Entry is free. There may be a charge for some events.

Garrick's Temple: open April - October Sundays 14:00 - 17:00. Group bookings can be arranged at other times.
