Lunchtime offerings are inspired by traditional Cantonese dim sum through the Touch of the Heart multi-course tasting menu.
Linger over The Collections of China evening menu, a 30-course journey through 3,000 years of food history, where collections of dishes pay homage to different Chinese regions. Expect to spend up to three hours savouring the myriad flavours that make up this offering.
