About
Admire famous London landmarks from your table at Gillray’s Steakhouse, on the banks of the river Thames.
Close to the London Eye, a spot at this restaurant will serve up gorgeous views of the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, along with some juicy steaks. The meat is dry-aged in a Himalayan salt chamber to enhance the flavour.
Don’t fancy steak? Other dishes include grilled lobster, pan-fried dover sole, burgers and a delica squash wellington.
The two or three-course pre-theatre menu changes seasonally, with menu items such as garlic and coriander grilled tiger prawns, steak and triple cooked trips and apple and caramel upside-down cake.
Gillray’s is named after an 18th-century caricaturist called James Gillray, which is a nod to the political history of this former County Hall building.
