Sunday roast and sticky toffee pudding were excellent. As others have noted the service wasn't the best (but not the worst). Lovely outdoor seating is first come first served. Nice wine list. Would recommend if you have a leisurely afternoon. more

Nice waitstaff w some seasonal casks of beer in play, all set in a warm and friendly environment... I loved the fresh vegetable soup I had and there certainly look to be some great dishes here, but my main was a steak, pretty good but chewy in parts, and it should have been half the cost... just try and get a picture of the pub cat, Maisey. more
