About
The Castle is a dedicated climbing centre run by climbers for climbers and is one of the premier centres in Europe. Since it first opened its doors to the public in October 1995 the Castle has grown, and is still expanding. The centre is now spread over 4 floors and caters for both beginners and experts, housing over 450 roped and lead routes from 8m to 13m in height and an extensive range of bouldering surfaces.
