Follow Elf Conductor Noel’s instructions as Captain Pinecone whisks you through the clouds. Expect twinkling lights, jolly surprises and plenty of Christmas cheer.
  • Explore the enchanted Christmas forest: Step through the magical Wundr Door and into a snow-dusted wonderland. Wander past the sparkling Wishing Well, try your hand at snowballing and discover the Elves’ Workshop, where playful surprises await around every corner.
  • Become a trainee elf inside Santa’s workshop: Join master builder Elf Jock McChisel and apprentice Holly for hands-on activities with a sprinkle of North Pole magic. Watch the toy-making unfold and get prepped for your shift at the Toy Sorting Station.
  • Enjoy tasty treats at Mrs Claus’s kitchen: Mmm… something smells delicious! Step into Mrs Claus’s cosy kitchen, where she’ll show you how to whip up the festive treats Santa can’t resist. Listen carefully so you know exactly what to leave out for the Big Man on Christmas Eve.
  • Visit Santa’s study for story time: Snuggle up and hear Santa's favourite elf tell the story of how they first met.
  • Make your way to Santa's grotto and snap a photo with the man himself: You've made it! Meet Santa and have this special moment captured in a unique group photo. Once you’ve picked up your free photo, don’t forget to claim the complimentary Santa letter and Elf Mail envelope.
  • New for 2026!
