What to expect from Grease: The Immersive Movie Musical in London
Grease is one of those summer classics many of us have seen on the big screen – or maybe even as a stage musical – but blending the two? That’s what makes this an experience you won’t forget.
From the moment you step into Battersea Park, Rydell High bursts into life. Enrol as senior year begins, wander the halls with Danny and Sandy, and watch summer flings fade as first love takes centre stage – complete with all the drama and laughs along the way.
Watch dazzling live performances and spectacular choreography unfold to the 1978 film’s most popular songs, from “Summer Nights” to “Beauty School Dropout” and “We Go Together”, combined with scenes from the movie played on multiple surrounding screens.
And it doesn’t stop there – you’ll also get to explore the sets and literally step inside the beloved film. Stroll through the high school grounds and check out legendary hangouts like Frosty Palace, the auto shop, the gym and the carnival. Whether you’re cheering with the T‑Birds or gossiping with the Pink Ladies, there’s always something going on.
Who is in the cast of the show?
The class of ’26 has not yet been revealed. Stay tuned for cast announcements soon.
Last year, Stephanie Costi led a cast of around 30 performers as Sandy, joined on stage by Liam Morris as Danny. Danny’s best friend Kenickie was played by Liam Buckland, while Lucy Penrose took on Rizzo, the sharp-tongued leader of the Pink Ladies.
Other Pink Ladies included Toni Pais as Marty, Brooke Ramsay as Jan and Gerardine Sacdalan as Frenchie. Completing the T‑Birds crew were Andilé Mabhena as Putzie, Darragh Rochford as Doody and Myles Thomas as Sonny.
