St Paul's Hotel
About
Stay at St Paul’s Hotel in Hammersmith, formerly a school, now a boutique hotel with a unique history.
Most famous for hosting a meeting between Winston Churchill, Dwight Eisenhower and Montogomery at which they planned the D Day landings of World War II, this 19th-century building has also been used as a film location for 1971 cult film, Melody, which gives its name to the on-site restaurant.
Rooms are modern, while making the most of the remaining period features including the original fireplaces. Classic single rooms are perfect for solo travellers, with Classic and Executive rooms best for couples, and Executive Family Rooms most ideal for families. The Churchill Suite on the lower ground floor contains a double bed and a single bed.
Tuck into modern European cuisine in The Melody Restaurant, which serves up dishes such as pumpkin and truffle risotto and fresh pasta wild boar ragout. Classic afternoon tea and Sunday roasts are also available.
