Known for numerous appearances on UK cooking shows, chef-patron Jun Tanaka opened The Ninth in 2015 as his first solo venture. He'd previously worked under the gaze of Marco Pierre White, Philip Howard and the Roux brothers.
Expect traditional dishes and flavour combinations to be elevated by Tanaka's signature flair, which earned this classy eatery a Michelin star in 2017.
