My experience at Ting was pretty mediocre. I didn't have afternoon/high tea, and we just ordered lunch instead so hopefully the tea service is better. In my opinion, the only plus about this place is the fact that it's situated very high up in the Shard so you get a view of the city.

We were seated by the window as requested to make my mom's birthday celebration trip more special. Our waiter's service was really superb and made us comfortable. The afternoon tea experience was excellent. They did not forget my original request months prior to make it special for my... more

This review is for the Royal Botanical Afternoon High Tea. My family and I had a 2:30 P.M. reservation for my mom's birthday celebration. The views on the 35th floor are amazing and the ambiance is very classy. It doesn't get loud and it's pretty quiet, which is very nice. I felt relaxed the whole time I was there. The plush sofas and chairs are really comfortable and goes well with the... more
