Thorpe Park highlights

Lose yourself in Thorpe Park’s newest ride, the Black Mirror Labyrinth. This hypnotic maze uses the latest visual technology to challenge your perceptions of what’s real.

A dark mysterious looking room with low lighting and smoke, with a tube train visible.

One of the other highlights of the park is a truly mind-bending experience. Derren Brown's Ghost Train, designed by the master of psychological manipulation himself, will have you questioning what your own mind is telling you.

On a 13-minute ghost train ride, everyone's experience is unique, affected by your own fears and assumptions. With illusions, virtual reality and special effects all playing a part, this is a ride that will make your head spin.

What else can I do at Thorpe Park?

Take the kids on the Flying Fish or the Rumba Rapids, and head to the beach and water park for a full day of aqua fun in the summer.

Want to test your own nerves? With some of the highest, fastest, steepest rides in the country, you can spend the day pushing yourself to the limit.

Brave a drop of 100 degrees from a height of 100ft (30 metres) on horror film-themed ride SAW – The Ride. Plunge 85ft (26 metres) into the waiting waters below on Tidal Wave, or experience zero to 80 miles per hour in under two seconds on the UK’s fastest rollercoaster, Stealth.

A rollercoaster on a high angled track, with people in the cart having fun in the sunshine

Take a break and recharge at one of the many restaurants and bars at Thorpe Park. Grab a bite at the Vibes Bar & Kitchen that serves gastropub-inspired favourites such as British beef burgers, fish and chips and fresh salads. Or, for those who have really worked up an appetite, Inferno's Pizza and Pasta Buffet is the spot to visit. With unlimited (yes, really!) pizza, pasta, salad and soft drinks.

Fancy a quick refreshment? Head to The Huntsman's Arms to sip on a pitstop pint before getting back out into the park to take on your next ride. There's also a Costa for coffee lovers, and the Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop for those warmer days where ice cream is a must. Along with many other food stalls and stands that can be found throughout the park.
