Lin-Manuel Miranda’s smash-hit musical is based on the story of Alexander Hamilton, an orphan from the West Indies emigrates to New York hoping for a better future. Along the way, he meets with future revolutionaries such as Aaron Burr, Hercules Mulligan, and Marquis de Lafayette. He became one of America’s founding fathers and the right-hand man of General George Washington during the Revolutionary War and helped shape the very foundations of the America we know today

Who plays in Hamilton the musical?

The London West End production of Hamilton boasts an extraordinary cast of actors who bring the iconic characters to life. Declan Spaine takes the title role of Alexander Hamilton (previously in Get Up, Stand Up!) while Ava Brennan plays Angelica Schuyler (Fantine in Les Misérables and Nala in the Disney production The Lion King London). Shan Ako joins the cast as Eliza Hamilton (Eponine in Les Miserables), Dom Hartley-Harris takes the role of George Washington (Bonnie&Clyde) and Lemuel Knights plays Marquis De Lafayette and Thomas Jefferson (Choir of Man).

Hamilton is on stage at the Victoria Palace Theatre, which is opposite Victoria Underground and railway station.
