I LOVE stepney city farm.
Hidden away behind Whitechapel is this lovely little farm, right next to the tube tracks.
The volunteers are all very friendly, and happy to get you a place working there if you ask nicely, they even have volunteer drop-in sessions every week where you can feed the animals!
They're very involved with the local community, and are campaigning to allow pigs to eat...more

I love city farms. I especially love Stepney City Farm.
It's small, which makes it easy to navigate for littles. There are rabbits and sheep and goats and donkeys and hens and two very vocal pigs. So exciting! For littles and their adult companions alike!
