The interior recreates the feel of a dining room in an ocean liner and allows you to watch the boats and world go by. In fine weather you can dine on our famous riverside terraces.
The Bar Grill offers bistro-style cooking in relaxed surroundings. At dinner, it metamorphoses into a candle-lit French brasserie, with a pianist providing the soundtrack to your evening.

Le Pont de la Tour excellent location beside Thames at Butlers Wharf. Lively atmosphere as you pass through bar/bistro service was good and food on set menu all fine with generous glass of champagne. Toilets were poor for restaurant of this quality (too small for quantity of people and not attended to on regular basis) and the area for coats poor as well (my wife's coat left trailing on floor on lower rail). Worth a vist for location which is excellent and even better when summer arrives.
La Pont de la Tour in Shad Thames is a beautiful venue for Sunday lunch on a sunny day.

Visited Le Pont de la Tour (Shad Thames, London) for dinner last night and it didn't quite live up to previous visits. The service was fantastic and the waiters really friendly and helpful. The wine was wonderful, the cheese board very good, but unfortunately the starters and mains were less wow than we were expecting, apart from the beautiful steak - it melted in the mouth. Overall a very nice dinner but I wouldn't rush back, especially since it was on the pricey side.
The offer menu for Pont de La Tour, overlooking the Thames and London's Tower Bridge, is excellent value. All the dishes were also on the a la carte menu, so we didn't feel we were being downgraded. The food was beautifully presented and the flavours were all well balanced and mouthwatering. We were given just as good a table as anyone else, so had great views of the sun going down over London. The staff were attentive and listened carefully to our comments and requests. We had a great time.
