What a fabulous place!!! Gorgeous surroundings and service was amazing!! A very special place.
The Winter Garden was the perfect place to go during the recent snow- the beautiful palm-tree studded dining area made us feel like we were on holiday somewhere much warmer! Food was delicious- our only niggle being that we informed the waiter about my mushroom allergy & the food still showed up with mushrooms on the side.
The Christmas menu was fabulous. Service was just attentive enough without being obtrusive and the waiter was very knowledgeable when it came to the wine. Wouldn't hesitate to go return
The Winter Garden at The Landmark Hotel. Went there for a birthday dinner. Service was good, atmosphere was nice too. However we were disappointed with the food. My fish fillets had bones (x2), and my wife found her main too salty. We did not complain about the 2 mains, but with the sponge cake we ordered as a b'day cake, it did not come with any sponge at all and instead it's full of nuts. Restaurant was quick to take the cake off the bill and offered complimentary coffee.
Great place - it truly is a beautiful place Food was great, check out the bar downstairs 222
